2. Contests Canceled by MoonlitArches

  • Insufficient Participation: If a contest does not meet the required minimum participants, MoonlitArches reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, all entry fees will be refunded.
  • Technical Issues: Contests may be canceled due to server disruptions or unforeseen technical issues. Full refunds will be issued, and users will be notified promptly.
  • Rule Violations: Contests canceled due to rule breaches, such as violations of our Fair Play Policy, may result in forfeiture of refunds for involved users.
